About FM27 Wiki

FM27 Wiki is an independent guide site for Football Manager 27 on PC and Mac. It covers the things a save actually asks you to decide: which formation survives the new Tactical Effectiveness system, which teenagers are worth a scout slot, how training load interacts with a high press, and what to do with a transfer budget that does not stretch to a ready-made starter.

The site is part of a small network of single-game wikis and is not affiliated with Sports Interactive or SEGA. Football Manager, the Football Manager logo and club crests are trademarks of their respective owners. Screenshots published here are taken from the official store page and press materials and are used for commentary and identification.

How the guides are put together

Every page starts from the game itself or from the official feature documentation published by Sports Interactive, then gets checked against a second source before it goes live: the Steam store page and patch notes for release, performance and feature claims; the public FM27 database for player records; and our own test saves for tactical behaviour. When a number is an estimate from a test save rather than a confirmed game value, the page says so in the sentence instead of presenting it as fact.

Player pages use the potential ratings and club affiliations recorded in the 2026/27 database at the time of writing. A transfer, a loan or a January update can move a wonderkid before you load the save, so treat club names as a starting point for scouting, not a guarantee.

Corrections

Football Manager changes with every patch, and a guide that was right in November can be stale by February. If something on the site no longer matches your save, send the page address and what you are seeing to [email protected]. Corrections are folded into the page and the updated date is changed with them.
