How to activate an FM27 Steam key

1. Open Steam and sign in to the account you want to own the game on.
2. Click Games in the menu bar, then Activate a Product on Steam.
3. Paste the key. Steam will show the product name; confirm it says Football Manager 27.
4. Install the game. The download is about 20GB.
5. Launch once online so Steam can validate the licence, then use offline mode if you need it.

• the store has no refund policy.

A shared account is not a purchase. The original owner can change the password, and Steam's terms do not protect a buyer who was never given the licence.

Refunds

Steam's standard refund policy applies to FM27 purchases made on Steam: within 14 days of purchase and under two hours of playtime, subject to Steam's review. A key bought elsewhere is covered by that store's policy, not Steam's. If you activated a third-party key and dislike the game, Steam will usually refuse the refund because the purchase did not happen on Steam.
